    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Health and Safety Manager</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We’re looking for an experienced and pragmatic Health &amp; Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve Roc’s established Health &amp; Safety Management System across our operational and site-based activities.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with operational teams, managers and clients to drive compliance, support safe delivery of work and strengthen a positive safety culture across the business.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Managing and developing the company’s Health &amp; Safety Management System</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leading site inspections, audits and incident investigations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reviewing and approving RAMS</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting ISO 45001 compliance and external accreditations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Delivering inductions, toolbox talks and safety training</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Acting as a visible health and safety presence across sites and offices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting clients, audits and tender submissions with H&amp;S expertise</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">What we’re looking for:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in a Health &amp; Safety role within cabling, utilities, engineering or a similar operational environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of UK H&amp;S legislation and practical application</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with audits, inspections and incident investigations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing compliance with operational delivery and wants to make a genuine impact across a growing business</span></p>",
