    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job purpose</strong></p><p>Develops and improves manufacturing processed by studying product and manufacturing methods.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Using manufacturing engineering practices, responsible for writing routings/manufacturing instructions.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate the successful transition of new products and technology into the production arena.&nbsp;</li><li>Write appropriation requests and prepare quotes.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in concurrent engineering design reviews.&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specs and other documents.&nbsp;</li><li>Design and procure tools/equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Process development and documentation of manufacturing work instructions and standard work.</li><li>Support prototyping activities of new product development.&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate and solve production problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate maintenance operations, including all activities of the shop floor and follow established procedures and approved processes.</li><li>Identify, plan and lead Kaizen initiatives that lead to sustainable process improvement.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years&rsquo; Manufacturing Engineer experience in a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Required LEAN manufacturing experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience/knowledge with process and equipment validation, PFMEA , IQ/OQ/PQ, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>CAD experience/knowledge. &nbsp; Solidworks preferred.</li><li>Candidate must possess good project management skills and initiative in taking on and completing projects.</li><li>Candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Working conditions</strong></p><ul><li>May be exposed to industrial oils, toner, coolants, solvents, lubricants, adhesive and other chemicals. &nbsp; NOTE: &nbsp; All safety precautions will be used.</li><li>Plant wide climate control and air conditioning</li><li>Could work in areas with excessive noise. &nbsp;NOTE: Ear protection available.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Could require intermittent and long periods of sitting and/or standing.</li><li>Required to do repetitive work.</li><li>Periodic lifting of materials not to exceed 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Includes frequent walking, bending, kneeling, stopping, crawling, and crouching.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Direct reports</strong></p><ul><li><div style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;' data-pasted=\"true\"><p><span style='font-family:\"Georgia\",serif;'>Maintenance team</span></p></div></li></ul><p>#LI-Onsite</p><p>#FMW</p><table align=\"left\" border=\"1\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"631\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong><em>Arnold Magnetic Technologies is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic. &nbsp;Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/General Identity/Disability/Veteran</em></strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
