In this role, you will support aviation type maintenance and repair activities of the U.S. Navy's <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Landing Craft, Air Cushion Ship-to-Shore Connector (LCAC SSC)</span> and legacy LCAC Weapon System fleet at NSWC <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Panama City, FL</span>.  This is an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">onsite</span> position.  Your technical expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the safety, reliability, and operational success of aircraft systems in support of our national security objectives.</p>\n<p><br>As part of the Hover Craft Maintenance Team, you will <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">troubleshoot, repair, and install</span> new and replacement mechanical components, ensuring the highest level of operational support for vital naval assets.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in aviation or LCAC related maintenance, aircraft structures, powerplants, or systems</li>\n<li>Ability to use diagnostic tools, maintenance tracking systems, and test equipment.</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical systems, or hydraulic systems.</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of common hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as: Torque Wrench, Feeler Gauge, Micrometer, etc</li>\n<li>Experience interpreting written instructions and specifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working on military aircraft platforms.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with DoD maintenance practices and reporting systems.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse technical team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clearance Requirements: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>U.S. Citizenship required and an active Secret security clearance or ability to get an Interim Secret before starting</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems and components.</li>\n<li>Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.</li>\n<li>Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to accurately assess and resolve system issues.</li>\n<li>Document all maintenance actions in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and supply personnel to ensure aircraft availability and mission readiness.</li>\n<li>Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and orderly condition.</li>\n<li>Follow all applicable technical data, safety regulations, and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Support operational checks, functional tests, and aircraft readiness evaluations as directed.</li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with ManTech employees and ManTech clients</li>\n<li>Perform miscellaneous assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed.</li>\n<li>Travel may be required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry 50 Lbs.</li>\n<li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%</li>\n<li>Work in confined/restricted spaces. </li>\n<li>Climb and descend ladders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
