A tight knit crew, we take our work seriously and back our people with training, good gear, and leadership that listens.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Running the show onsite - from daily toolbox talks to hands on leadership</li>\n<li>Keeping the crew sharp, safe, and productive</li>\n<li>Guiding and upskilling your team through experience and know how</li>\n<li>Reading plans, solving problems, and hitting targets</li>\n<li>Making sure gear is in top shape and documentation’s accurate and tight</li>\n<li>Liaising with clients, Contracts Managers and site teams to get it done right</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABOUT YOU </span></p>\n<p>You’re an experienced supervisor who’s been in the trenches and know what it takes to keep a crew humming and a site running smooth.
