ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.</em></strong></p>\n<h2>Essential Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operates a variety of machine tools and equipment, such as manual lathes, mills, drill presses, cut off saws and CNC turning and milling equipment.</li>\n <li>Performs set up to operation to produce a variety of production parts and tools from metal, composites and other materials.</li>\n <li>Inspects all work using precision measuring tools to ensure all parts meet drawing specifications.</li>\n <li>Makes adjustments and offsets to machines to control speed, material feed, and path of cut.</li>\n <li>Makes sure machines are set up properly, working well and producing quality product.</li>\n <li>Performs work under general to minimal supervision depending on skill level/experience. </li>\n <li>Enters accurate daily labor information into data collection system. </li>\n <li>Quality conscientious and responsible for all aspects of quality related to work produced. </li>\n <li>Knowledge and general understanding of ISO 9001 quality policies. </li>\n <li>Adheres to all safety directives/requirements within the area and facility (i.e. Personal Protective Equipment) and fully participates in all 6S activities and daily clean-up. </li>\n <li>Other duties as directed by Management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Position Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Machining experience running Lathes, manual and CNC (Mills experience a plus)</li>\n <li>Able to work in a team environment</li>\n <li>Able to work any shift</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret blueprints and their symbols.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of micrometers (manual and digital).</li>\n <li>Read comparators such as radii, angular, and size.</li>\n <li>Able to operate a personal computer and various software packages.</li>\n <li>Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Pay Act Statement</h2>We aim to pay our ‘ITT’ers’ fairly and competitively in the locations that they live and work.
