To support the significant growth and development of the organization, we are seeking the expertise and capability of a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. What you’ll do at HammerTech The BDR is responsible for working collaboratively with HammerTech Account Executives to: Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up meetings for Account Executives with prospective clients Build relationships with existing customers through consistent follow up, reliable communication and frequent updates on product developments, identify opportunities  for expanded use of the HammerTech product, and set up meetings with Account   Executives Key Responsibilities Anticipate prospective client needs by researching industry to identify new leads Act as first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and business development openings Build relationships with existing customers through consistent follow up, reliable communication and frequent updates on product developments Closely monitor existing HammerTech customers to identify opportunities for expanded use of the HammerTech product, and set up meetings to progress such expansion Present product information to customers once needs are identified Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-ups with   Account Executives Collaborate with other members of the team to to ensure the company's goals and targets are me Other duties to enhance business development as required Are you a good fit?
