On C2C</strong></p><p><strong>Technical &amp; Functional Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Oracle EPM ARCS implementation : end-to-end configuration and deployment experience.</li><li>Reconciliation profile setup and management : ability to design, build, and optimize recon profiles aligned to business requirements.</li><li>Account grouping configuration : experience structuring and managing account hierarchies and groupings within ARCS</li><li>Data Integrations - Integration with Oracle Fusion , proven experience integrating ARCS with Oracle Fusion for seamless data flow and reconciliation</li><li>FX Rate Integrations, FX Rate Setups, Handling Intercompany Reconciliation in ARCS etc.</li><li>EPM Automate and scripting for Automation tasks, Strong understanding of the financial close process and balance sheet reconciliation.</li><li>Ability to translate business/Finance requirements into ARCS configuration.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Professional Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong finance acumen : deep understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and the ability to communicate in finance language with business stakeholders</li><li>Problem-solving mindset : ability to quickly diagnose issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions independently</li><li>Ownership mindset : someone who takes end-to-end accountability for deliverables without needing hand-holding</li><li>Self-directed implementer : capable of working autonomously, managing their own workstream, and delivering results with minimal supervision</li></ul>",
