          "text": "<p>TA Services is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with at least 2 years of CDL driving experience. The route will be two trips per day from Janesville to Mineral Point.</p><p><strong>Shift: Flexibility a MUST</strong></p><ul><li>3PM-1AM</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Transport finished goods and/or raw materials to and from manufacturing plants or retail/distribution centers</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, along with light preventative maintenance</li><li>Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and internal company policies</li><li>Safely maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions</li><li>Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Fast-paced, on-the-road and loading dock environments</li><li>Exposure to outdoor weather conditions</li><li>Physical work, including occasional lifting, climbing, and extended sitting while driving</li></ul><p><strong>Perks &amp; Highlights</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Late-model Kenworth trucks</strong> (T680 day cabs, 2022 and newer)</li><li><strong>Manual transmission equipment</strong></li><li><strong>Drop and hook runs – no touch freight</strong></li><li><strong>No Electronic Logging Device (ELD) required</strong> for this position (per DOT regulations)</li><li><strong>Consistent hours</strong> – average 50+ hours per week</li><li><strong>Yearly performance-based raises</strong></li><li><strong>Home daily – no overnights</strong></li></ul>",
