font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Duties and Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead end-to-end accounting and finance projects, including process redesign, system implementations (e.g., ERP, consolidation, reporting), and operational improvements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review existing Accounting Technology Stack and recommend new functionality and tools, including the utilization of AI/Claude to improve the efficiency of current processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Drive standardization and optimization of accounting processes (e.g., close, reconciliations, reporting) among multiple entities and geographies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through accounting integration and process alignment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with monthly and quarterly month-end close items and reports</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">10+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting + industry preferred) or equivalent combination of education/experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience leading accounting or finance transformation projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Extensive experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications –</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">CPA (or equivalent certification) strongly preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with system implementations or upgrades</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Background in global accounting or multinational environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
