This role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to respond quickly to changing patient conditions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">airway, vitals, and neurological status</span></li>\n<li>Manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">pain control and post-operative complications</span></li>\n<li>Provide rapid intervention in emergency situations</li>\n<li>Communicate patient status to surgical and anesthesia teams</li>\n<li>Prepare patients for discharge or transfer to inpatient units</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active RN license</li>\n<li>BLS and ACLS required (PALS preferred for pediatric settings)</li>\n<li>PACU, ICU, or critical care experience strongly preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to work in high-acuity, fast-paced environments</li>\n</ul>",
