The equipment works hard — and our mechanics do too.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for mechanics who can troubleshoot independently, solve problems in the field and shop, and take pride in keeping critical equipment running. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and hands-on work where your experience truly matters, we want to talk with you.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Diagnose and repair diesel engines, air brake systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and emissions equipment</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on medium and heavy-duty trucks and specialty equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical issues and prioritize repairs to keep equipment operational</li><li>Respond to road calls and breakdowns when needed</li><li>Coordinate parts ordering and outside vendor repairs</li><li>Document repairs and maintenance using Fleetio fleet management software</li><li>Support fleet reliability and safety initiatives as we continue improving our maintenance operations</li><li>Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards</li></ul>",
