In this role, you’ll help create safe, welcoming homes for people with disabilities while using your skills to make a visible difference every day. Why Join Us: Competitive pay of $20-$24 per hour in a part-time role with up to 30 hours per week. Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends and no on-call. A dependable, mission-driven team that values quality craftsmanship and your contribution. What You’ll Do: Prepare, patch, and finish surfaces for high-quality interior and exterior painting. Use brushes, rollers, and other tools to deliver clean, professional results. Help keep properties safe, well-maintained, and looking their best through painting and light maintenance support. Take pride in a job well done by protecting work areas, keeping sites clean, and checking your finished work. What We’re Looking For: Painting experience and confidence with surface prep and finishing work. A valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and the ability to meet driving requirements. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely on ladders or scaffolding when needed. A dependable, detail-oriented attitude and a willingness to support the team where needed.
