In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, planners, and environmental professionals to deliver practical, compliant, and sustainable solutions for our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Lead wetland delineations, functional assessments, and ecological studies for diverse infrastructure and development projects</li><li>Review and understand project construction documents and requirements, including NH DOT plans specifications</li><li>Guide permitting efforts at the local, state, and federal levels, including Section 404 Clean Water Act approvals, NHDES Dredge/Fill Permits, etc.</li><li>Maintain environmental compliance matrices and prepare detailed compliance reports</li><li>Conduct routine field visits to assess construction impacts on wetland conditions, ensuring projects comply with issued permits</li><li>Attend and present at regulatory coordination meetings to support project teams and clients</li><li>Partner with engineers, planners, and project managers to integrate environmental solutions into design</li><li>Prepare clear, high-quality technical reports and regulatory documents for clients and agencies</li><li>Contribute to team discussions and project deliverables while learning from experienced professionals&nbsp;</li><li>Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture</li></ul><p>Preferred location is BETA’s Manchester, NH office.
