This is an excellent opportunity if you are a proactive, solutions-focused individual looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a leading-edge construction company. </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do </span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead end-to-end management of multiple glazing and building envelope projects, ranging in scale from $100K to $10M </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Review and develop project budgets, tender documents, and cost-tracking systems to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, fabricators, consultants, and glazing installers to coordinate project execution, contract administration, schedule development, material selection, and field logistics </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Interpret architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure the proper installation of curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, railings, doors, and canopies, all in compliance with applicable codes and technical requirements </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develop and maintain accurate project forecasts, budgets, schedules, and material delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with production and site activities </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of custom glazing systems, aluminum framing, and specialty components.
