Description
MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator in the Houston, TX area to support our fast-growing Security division.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Scheduling daily work with little downtime and updating WIP. Assessing service needs of customers and connecting them with resources. Ensuring each customer is given the necessary services and follow-up to fill ongoing service needs. Maintaining good relationships with customers to keep customer base. Completing tickets properly and on time. Answering telephones and responding to email inquiries. Fostering a safe work environment. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience Previous administrative experience preferred. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. High-quality organizational skills. The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
