    "description": "<p>Asphalt Green, Upper East Side is looking to hire energetic and outgoing group exercise instructors to lead our Outdoor HIIT Camp classes.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>We are specifically looking for instructors to lead our&nbsp;weekday evening&nbsp;classes.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Instructors are expected to:  &nbsp;</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Have experience teaching in a group setting using&nbsp;bodyweight resistance, bands, jump ropes&nbsp;and&nbsp;cones.   &nbsp;</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Have experience integrating conditioning circuits and resistance training in a group class setting.  &nbsp;</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Continually offer feedback to class participants, always coach to the positive.  &nbsp;</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Demonstrate all movements properly.  &nbsp;</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Have a good movement toolbelt.
