          "text": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Customer Relationship Management &amp; Performance Reporting- </strong>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding cross-dock operations, escalations, and service performance.</li><li>Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).</li><li>Communicate operational performance through key metrics including on-time dispatch, sorting accuracy, transit times, and damage rates.</li><li>Develop and present corrective action plans when performance targets are not achieved.</li><li><strong>Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management &amp; Compliance</strong></li><li>Establish, monitor, and enforce operational KPIs and service-level agreements (SLAs) with third-party logistics providers.</li><li>Conduct operational and financial audits to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.</li><li>Serve as the final escalation point for operational failures, capacity constraints, and vendor disputes.</li><li>Drive continuous performance improvements across all partner locations.</li><li><strong>Cross-Dock Operations Strategy &amp; Network Optimization- </strong>Lead and optimize cross-dock operations across the United States and Mexico.</li><li>Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to maximize throughput and minimize transit times.</li><li>Manage cross-border freight consolidation and deconsolidation activities to improve customs transit efficiency.</li><li>Develop capacity plans to support volume fluctuations and customer requirements.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Systems Management- </strong>Establish and implement standardized operating procedures across internal facilities and third-party locations.</li><li>Oversee Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives focused on operational efficiency, waste reduction, and damage prevention.</li><li>Utilize operational data and analytics to identify process improvement opportunities.</li><li><strong>&#xa0;Financial Management &amp; Leadership- </strong>Own and manage the cross-dock operations budget and financial performance.</li><li>Drive cost-per-unit reductions while maintaining customer service commitments.</li><li>Lead and develop regional management personnel supporting the North American facility network.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment supporting automotive customers.</li><li>Frequent interaction with customers, internal leadership teams, warehouse operations, transportation providers, and third-party logistics partners.</li><li>Requires regular travel to cross-dock facilities throughout the United States and Mexico.</li><li>May require flexibility to support critical customer or operational issues outside standard business hours.</li><li>Primarily office-based with frequent visits to warehouse and cross-dock environments.</li></ul><p><strong>Days and Shift Information</strong></p><ul><li>Standard business hours;&#xa0;8 hours per day</li><li>Must be available to support operations across multiple time zones in the United States and Mexico as business needs require.</li><li>International travel up to 40% to support facility audits, customer meetings, and operational reviews.</li></ul>",
