Duties and responsibilities: Faculty Support - Answering phone calls - Scheduling assistance - Faculty relocation support/ housing setup - Faculty daily requests and assistance - Maintain faculty copy room supplies - Transportation arrangements - Support postal requirements and mailing - Developing posters, flyers, handouts, etc. for events - Assist with school/ faculty events (organize and arrange logistics) - Documentation support and translation - Maintaining the Office of Faculty Affairs so that it is presentable to Visitors - Other duties assigned Desired qualifications: 1. Function independently and as a member of a team in a constantly changing environment 7. Be available and accessible for the time commitment involved Work Less than 15 hours / week (hourly wage - 11,000 won) Seeking 1 student(s). Period: Jul 1 - Dec 18, 2026 Application deadline: May 8th, 5pm Location(s): G557 Students must meet the following requirements: 1) Must have completed at least one semester at Mason Korea and have an official GPA record. 2) Be in good academic standing (Cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher; or as required by the office). 3) Have enrolled as student in current semester at least 6 credits. When working during the break, have completed enrollment in the upcoming semester. A note on break housing: •If applicable, selected work study students may apply for break IGC housing starting from May 12, 10am. •UL does not guarantee housing during the summer & winter breaks for the work & study program students who apply for the housing. •Work & Study students can reach out to UL Housing Staff or IGC housing office directly if they would like to receive more information about break housing. •The break housing is usually offered on a first-come, first served bases. Please note that the housing office cannot guarantee availability if all rooms are already occupied. •Work & Student students will follow the same procedure as other students (application period, payment deadline, etc.) if they are planning to apply for break housing at IGC. Please let us know your schedule (if confirmed) in advance. (For example, class, other part-time jobs and such).
