This position may need to assist with mowing and snow removal if needed and monitor community re-entry participants. *This position must comply with the on-call policy.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ol><li id=\"isPasted\">High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Proficient in the English language</li><li>Demonstrated past work or vocational experience in the trades as listed in the essential job functions</li><li>Experience in commercial maintenance strongly preferred.</li><li>This position is subject to FBI fingerprinting before hire and during employment</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Documentation:&nbsp;</strong></p><ol><li>Cover letter and Resume</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum of Scale: &nbsp;$19.15/hr<br></strong>Compensation will be graded upon level of experience and the ability to perform the essential job functions.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Job Closes:&nbsp;</strong>Open until filled</p><p>EOE/M/F/V/D</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
