Our team is dedicated to helping individuals regain independence, build confidence, and experience meaningful progress every day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Now Hiring CNAs!</strong></p>The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care, support, and supervision to residents participating in Robin Hill Farm's rehabilitation and recovery programs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team, the CNA helps residents achieve their highest level of independence while ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being. This role requires a caring professional who can serve as a positive role model, advocate, and communicator while fostering a supportive and respectful environment for residents.\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Apply today</strong> and become part of the Robin Hill Farm family — where care, community, and purpose come together.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and ambulation.</li>\n <li>Monitor residents' physical condition and report changes in health status to the appropriate clinical staff.</li>\n <li>Assist with medication observation and medical monitoring as directed by care plans and organizational policies.</li>\n <li>Support residents in developing and maintaining daily living skills and self-help activities.</li>\n <li>Encourage independence while providing appropriate supervision and assistance.</li>\n <li>Foster positive relationships and healthy interactions among residents and their housemates.</li>\n <li>Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times and maintain a safe living environment.</li>\n <li>Assist residents with recreational, social, and community-based activities.</li>\n <li>Accompany residents to scheduled appointments, community outings, and other approved activities.</li>\n <li>Document care provided, resident progress, and significant observations accurately and timely.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members.</li>\n <li>Follow individualized care plans and support strategies.</li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Participate in team meetings, training programs, and ongoing professional development activities.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and program operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<strong>Required:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, or Home Health Aide certification if applicable, in accordance with state requirements.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy.</li>\n <li>Completion of a recognized nursing assistant or home care aide training program.</li>\n <li>Minimum of six (6) months of recent experience providing direct care or related support services preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to person-centered care.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Preferred:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working with individuals recovering from neurological injuries, brain injuries, behavioral health conditions, or other complex rehabilitation needs.</li>\n <li>Experience in residential care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or community-based support settings.</li>\n</ul> \n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>Robin Hill Farm, an affiliate of Rehab Without Walls, provides community-based cognitive rehabilitation for adults with brain injuries.
