From neonates to geriatric patients, your expertise will be crucial in providing both emergent and non-emergent services to individuals across the surrounding communities. Your dedication will be instrumental in saving lives and providing comfort during times of crisis. This position requires the ability to make decisions and problem solving in patient care situations and the ability to work under pressure.&nbsp;<span>&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay and Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Starting pay begins at $20.22 per hour and increases with experience.<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Pay range: $20.22 - $31.47 per hour</li></ul></li><li>$2,000 hiring bonus for eligible candidates! $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates!</li><li>Full-time&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://jobs.centracare.com/us/en/benefits\">Benefits:</a> Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!</li><li>Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks.</li><li>Variable days and nights working 12-hour shifts</li><li>Rotating shifts, includes weekends and holidays.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Completion of an accredited EMT-Basic / Advanced EMT (AEMT) course required, verified through certification with the EMSRB or NREMT.&nbsp;</li><li>NIMMS 100, 200, 700 certifications; able to obtain within 3 months.</li><li>Valid current NREMT with Minnesota EMSRB Certification or Valid Minnesota EMSRB Certification with NREMT to be obtained by 2032.</li><li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li><li>Valid driver’s license in good standing is required.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Restrictions apply to relocation bonus.&nbsp;</p><p>To qualify for the relocation bonus, the candidate must live at least 50 miles away from hired location and relocate within 30 miles of primary work location.&nbsp;</p><p>CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time.
