          "text": "<p>We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead and grow our Survey Department in our Mechanicsburg, PA office. This leadership role is responsible for managing survey operations, overseeing staff, ensuring technical quality, and supporting business development efforts across transportation and land development projects.</p><p><u>Key Responsibilities</u></p><ul><li>Lead the Survey Department, including field crews and office staff</li><li>Oversee workload planning, scheduling, and resource allocation</li><li>Mentor and develop junior survey staff and technicians</li><li>Establish and maintain department standards, procedures, and QA/QC practices</li><li>Provide responsible charge and signing/sealing of survey deliverables</li><li>Oversee preparation and review of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, and as-built surveys</li><li>Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania standards and client requirements</li><li>Coordinate with engineering and environmental teams on multidisciplinary projects</li><li>Support PennDOT and municipal project requirements</li><li>Assist with proposals, scope development, and fee estimates</li><li>Develop and maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities</li></ul>",
