    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\" data-pasted=\"true\">Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Production Technician to join our growing team! &nbsp;Responsible for a part of the process of tearing down or reassembling a received part from a transmission or torque converter and ensuring that proper labeling, packaging, tagging, and gauging is done on all product and that product is defect free before final shipment. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>At Dynamic Manufacturing, we offer:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>An Engaging Work Environment</li><li>Opportunities for Advancement</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Competitive Pay&nbsp;<strong>(we pay weekly!)</strong></li><li>Comprehensive Benefits Package &amp; 401(k) Match</li><li>Generous Paid Time Off, and more!</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Work in one or many parts of the production process including disassembly or reassembly of transmission unit; may also include painting, cleaning, rework, preparation work, and testing </li><li>Understand and follow work instructions to complete the process assigned </li><li>Complete work in a timely and efficient manner  </li><li>May use hand tools such as wrenches to adjust seals or other parts  </li><li>Communicates with supervisor when in need of parts  </li><li>Saves and tags parts to identify material properly </li><li>Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor </li><li>Keeps plant area neat and clean </li><li>Understands, updates their knowledge of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. </li><li>Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner </li><li>Reports any safety issues immediately to management </li></ul><p><strong>   Required Skills/Abilities: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>May follow detailed work instructions and may need to work with very small parts </li><li>Must be willing to be placed to work in any part of the production process including but not limited to disassembly, assembly, cleaning, painting, moving materials, rework, preparation work, and testing  </li><li>Ability to&nbsp;follow English work&nbsp;instructions,&nbsp;generally including pictures, to correctly complete their step in the production process in assembly or disassemble of the part or any other production process</li><li>Ability to use hand tools such as wrenches </li><li>Accepts direction from others and assumes responsibility </li><li>Asks questions when in doubt about their work or work instructions </li><li>Demonstrates an open mindset and willing to assume new assignments and additional duties as needed</li><li>Overall positive attitude and team player </li><li>Must be able to maintain regular in-person attendance</li><li>Must be willing to participate in interview testing process where the applicant may lift automotive parts or follow work instructions to assemble an automotive part </li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Preferred Education/Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Experience as a direct employee in a manufacturing site or in an automotive environment </li><li>High school degree or equivalent </li><li>Technical or mechanical ability/know how (ex. Work on personal car, experience working in an auto shop, parts store, etc.)  </li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Physical Requirements: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>MUST&nbsp;have ability to&nbsp;frequently&nbsp;lift and move heavy automotive parts that&nbsp;weight&nbsp;up to&nbsp;45 lbs.</li><li>Must have ability to work in a very physical and likely repetitive job: lifting, moving, and standing during their entire shift</li><li>May need to infrequently lift parts that weigh up to 70 lbs. pounds.</li><li>Must be willing to work around or with solvents, cleaning chemicals, and oily parts&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>This is a non-exempt, full-time position.
