Primarily responsible for the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets of construction projects, ensuring compliance and timely project completion in alignment with project goals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Involved in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets</li>\n<li>Monitor and control project progress, costs, and performance against established baselines</li>\n<li>Prepare and present detailed project reports and dashboards</li>\n<li>Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align project control activities with project goals</li>\n<li>Adhere to project standards and guidelines</li>\n<li>Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances</li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in project control or similar roles<br></li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction project management and related documentation</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software<br></li>\n<li>Effective teamwork and communication skills<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills<br></li>\n<li>Professional certifications in project management or control are a plus</li>\n<li>Bilingual in English and Korean preferred but not required<br></li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Information</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li>\n<li>On-site work required; occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary based on project needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline\">Physical Demands</span> </span></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
