While we have a preference for candidates based in Dallas, Texas, we are open to hiring exceptional talent from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">anywhere across the globe</span>.</p>\n<p>You will work at the intersection of AI, automation, and healthcare operations — building systems that can reason, act, and continuously improve. This role is ideal for someone fluent in LLMs, multi-agent systems, and real-world orchestration who is excited to apply them in a mission-driven healthcare environment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution</li>\n<li>Build multi-step AI workflows for Revenue Cycle Management, claims processing, scheduling optimization, and clinical documentation automation</li>\n<li>Develop tool-using AI agents with function calling, API orchestration, and retrieval systems</li>\n<li>Implement memory, planning, and reasoning frameworks for AI agents</li>\n<li>Collaborate with product and clinical teams to translate workflows into AI-driven solutions</li>\n<li>Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency</li>\n<li>Ensure HIPAA-compliant, secure AI implementations and continuously monitor and improve agent performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–7+ years in software development with AI/ML exposure</li>\n<li>Strong Python / Node.js skills</li>\n<li>LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar</li>\n<li>OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source LLM experience</li>\n<li>Hands-on building of autonomous agents and API integrations</li>\n<li>Prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling proficiency</li>\n<li>AWS cloud experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Healthcare tech / RCM / ABA domain experience</li>\n<li>HIPAA compliance and data security knowledge</li>\n<li>Vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS</li>\n<li>Multi-agent framework and planning systems exposure</li>\n<li>Fine-tuning and model optimization experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Artemis?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on cutting-edge Agentic AI — not just basic LLM integrations</li>\n<li>Build real-world AI systems with direct clinical and business impact</li>\n<li>Join a fast-growing, product-driven healthcare tech company</li>\n<li>Shape the future of AI in ABA therapy and Revenue Cycle Management</li>\n</ul>",
