The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. The goal is to ensure that all projects deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.&nbsp;</p><h1>What you will do and achieve:</h1><ul><li>Reporting on status of all IT projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Organize and coordinate projects and provide strategic guidance&nbsp;to teams and project managers.</li></ul><h1><u>Who you are:</u></h1><h2>Education</h2><ul><li>Masters or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or related field.</li><li>PMP certification.</li></ul><h2>Experience</h2><ul><li>Proven experience in a project management role.</li><li>Extensive experience with IT infrastructure, security, and cloud migration initiatives.</li><li>Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.</li></ul><h2>Key Knowledge &amp; Skills</h2><ul><li>Experience with MS Project, MS Teams, and Jira/Confluence</li></ul><h2>Core Competencies</h2><ul><li>Clearly identify project stakeholders and keep them abreast and engaged.</li><li>Assume responsibility for project status tracking.</li><li>Manage projects for optimal return on investment; coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Resolve project&nbsp;scope&nbsp;issues.</li><li>Monitor and report the outputs and outcomes of project activities.</li><li>Coordinate the management of complex issues that may arise.</li></ul><h2>Other Desirable Attributes</h2><ul><li>Outstanding leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving ability.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>This job description is a general listing of the required tasks and expectations of the position and in no way implies that the duties listed above are the employee&rsquo;s only responsibilities.
