The position includes travel to multiple clinic locations throughout the local region including: Wilkes-Barre, PA, Hazleton, PA and Williamsport, PA.</p>\n<p>Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred/encouraged to apply.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Clinical Care</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal injuries</li>\n<li>Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits</li>\n<li>Deliver minimally invasive interventional procedures (e.g., joint injections, trigger point injections, spine procedures) under fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance\n<ul>\n<li>Training available for qualified candidates seeking to expand procedural skills</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team to optimize functional recovery</li>\n<li>Maintain high standards of patient-centered care and professionalism<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete thorough and timely documentation within the EHR system</li>\n<li>Adhere to workers’ compensation and personal injury documentation standards</li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with all regulatory and billing requirements<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Collaboration &amp; Communication</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and support teams</li>\n<li>Provide timely updates to referring providers and case stakeholders as needed<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Travel</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel to multiple CarePath clinic locations in the region based on a predetermined monthly schedule</li>\n<li>Support practice growth and patient access across locations<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Physical Medicine &amp; Rehabilitation (PM&amp;R), Pain Medicine, or related specialty</li>\n<li>Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)</li>\n<li>Experience treating workers’ compensation and motor vehicle accident patients preferred</li>\n<li>Experience with interventional pain procedures preferred (fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance)</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Adaptable, team-oriented, and patient-focused</li>\n<li>Passionate about patient care</li>\n<li>Flexible and supportive with the ability to follow CarePath's Quality of Care standards and guidelines</li>\n<li>Ability to deliver concise, accurate, detailed and timely patient documentation </li>\n<li>Spanish language proficiency preferred<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n<li>Paid Sick Leave</li>\n<li>Paid Company Holidays</li>\n<li>Healthcare allowance stipend (for marketplace plan selection)</li>\n<li>No weekend work</li>\n<li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li>\n<li>Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
