This role is focused on transforming <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">long-form content (YouTube, Twitch, podcasts, streams)</span> into <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">high-performing short-form video</span> optimised for platforms such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TikTok, Instagram (Reels), Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and others</span>.</span></p>\n<p><span>You’ll typically work across <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4–5 creators at a time</span>, helping to build their reach, brand, and audience across social platforms beyond their primary channel.
