    "description": "<h2>Location</h2>\n<p>This position is located at 10500 Centrum Pkwy, Pineville, North Carolina, 28134 United States</p>\n<h2>Role Summary</h2>\n<p>A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales through maintaining organized product flow, helping to ring customer transactions as a cashier, and providing a genuine experience to each customer in all areas of the salesfloor. </p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Customer Experience  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions </li>\n <li>Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean store  </li>\n <li>Processes sales for the customer accurately and efficiently as a cashier  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Teamwork + Communication  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others </li>\n <li>Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the team </li>\n <li> Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things </li>\n <li>Ensures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Visual + Business Operations  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer </li>\n <li>Supports processing shipment, tagging, staging, and placing new product   </li>\n <li>Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in customer service </li>\n <li>Experience being a team player </li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights and weekends and holidays. </li>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
