    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><u>$10,000 Sign-On Bonus</u></span></strong></p><p>The CDL Class A Line Haul Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and compliant transportation of EMS aluminum products between designated facilities. This is an overnight, local line-haul position involving shuttle, drop-and-hook, and no-touch freight operations. Drivers operate company equipment in accordance with DOT regulations, company policies, and industry-best safety practices while maintaining excellent equipment care and professionalism.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties/Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The following duties are typical of those performed by employees in this job title; however, employees may perform other related duties, and not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each employee in the job title:</p><p>&bull; Operate company-owned trucks on public roads to transport EMS materials between facilities</p><p>&bull; Operate vehicles in compliance with all local, state, federal (DOT), and company safety regulations</p><p>&bull; Safely maneuver trucks in tight spaces, including narrow passageways, loading docks, and adverse weather conditions</p><p>&bull; Complete driver logbooks and hours-of-service documentation in accordance with DOT regulations</p><p>&bull; Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operating condition of vehicle and equipment</p><p>&bull; Verify that loads are properly secured and safe for transport</p><p>&bull; Safely load and unload cargo as required (no-touch freight where applicable)</p><p>&bull; Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling material</p><p>&bull; Maintain company vehicles in a clean, orderly, and safe condition</p><p>&bull; Report mechanical or safety issues promptly to management</p><p>&bull; Represent EMS professionally at all pickups, deliveries, and customer locations</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
