Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greets guests and verbally acknowledges each guest promptly.</li>\n <li>Serves as an ambassador of an excellent guest dining experience.</li>\n <li>Prepares restaurant and tables for service.</li>\n <li>Responsible for a certain section(s) and provides superb service following the service standards.</li>\n <li>Shows enthusiasm towards guest and products.</li>\n <li>Helps follow servers; maintains a team mentality.</li>\n <li>Accurate computer input of orders and delivery of food, wine and beverages.</li>\n <li>Reconciles checks, thank guests and invites them back.</li>\n <li>Clears and resets tables.</li>\n <li>Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP guidelines.</li>\n <li>Stocks side stations throughout the shift; Performs opening/closing side work.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age. </li>\n <li>Must have High School Diploma/GED.</li>\n <li> Must have one to two years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests. </li>\n <li>Must have excellent customer service/communication skills. </li>\n <li>Must be able to count money and change correctly. </li>\n <li>Knows or is able to learn tray service.</li>\n <li>Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Walking 75% of the time. </li>\n <li>Standing 10 % of the time. </li>\n <li>Bending and lifting 15% of the time. </li>\n <li>Lifting/moving maximum of 100 lbs. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
