We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to work in the Brooklyn/ NYC Metro area.<br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>In this role, you will be providing monthly service to our customer&#39;s elevators ensuring that the equipment is functioning properly. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctioning systems, repairing or replace defecting parts.<br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for inspecting elevators of all types and makes, determining the cause of faulty operation, making repairs and adjustments, and troubleshooting problems.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to diagnose deficiency of equipment and make recommendations for major changes or requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Install, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, and other lifting equipment</li>\r\n\t<li>Knowledge and ability to analyze and repair failures, especially in emergency situations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.</li>\r\n\t<li>Repair or replace defective parts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly.</li>\r\n\t<li>Respond to emergency repair calls in a timely manner.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide excellent customer service to building owners and occupants.</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
