Be part of a company that is driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to sustainability. &nbsp;</p><p>Due to continued growth, we are seeking a <strong>full-time Crane Service Manager</strong> to join our team.</p><p>This role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining Morgan&rsquo;s industrial overhead cranes at customer sites across the U.S. You&rsquo;ll be part of a team that ensures innovation comes standard with every order.</p><p>Join us in fulfilling our vision: <strong>To challenge the possibilities of today by thinking differently.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assemble, install, wire, and commission Morgan industrial overhead cranes at customer sites nationwide.</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on overhead cranes.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including AC and DC electrical components.</li><li>Work in field-based environments including industrial sites and manufacturing facilities.</li><li>Safely operate at heights and heavy equipment in varying weather conditions.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in crane service, maintenance, or a related field.</li><li>Welding experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and use metrological instruments (e.g., micrometers).</li><li>Basic organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with OSHA regulations and crane safety standards.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to travel 75&ndash;90% of the time, including overnight stays.</li><li>Must pass a background check and drug screening.</li><li>Must be 21 years or older.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills in One or More Areas:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Millwright work</li><li>Iron work</li><li>Pipefitting</li><li>Electrical meters</li><li>Basic machining</li><li>Basic welding</li><li>Basic rigging</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week</strong></li><li>Competitive wages based on experience</li><li>Travel per diem and expense reimbursement</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including:<ul type=\"disc\"><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>401(K) with matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul></li><li>Company-provided tools and equipment.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>About Morgan:</strong></p><p>For more than 150 years, Morgan Engineering has created a legacy as a world leader in material handling systems.
