This role is located in New York, NY.</p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p><ul><li>Define the vision and develop the long-term product strategy and roadmap for BNY’s developer-facing AI capabilities, including generative AI-powered tools that transform software engineering practices.</li><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, DevEx teams, and BNY’s AI Hub to build impactful solutions that supercharge BNY’s global developer community.</li><li>Drive product discovery efforts to deeply understand developer pain points and identify valuable automation and augmentation opportunities.</li><li>Own the strategy behind both internally developed AI capabilities and vendor AI tools that augment the developer experience.</li><li>Evangelize the vision and secure buy-in from senior technology and business stakeholders across the organization.</li><li>Define success metrics and partner with analytics teams to measure adoption, performance, business impact, and customer sentiment.</li><li>Stay current on trends in Generative AI, Developer Experience, and MLOps, incorporating emerging capabilities into the product roadmap.</li></ul><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required</li><li>10-12 years of experience in product management, with a focus on internal platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure.</li><li>Strong technical literacy with the ability to partner directly with engineers and understand modern software development practices.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering impactful internal products that solve real engineering problems at scale.</li><li>Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Passion for emerging technologies and a pragmatic mindset about their application in large-scale enterprise settings.</li><li>Experience mentoring or managing less senior members of the product community.</li></ul><p>Preferred qualifications include:</p><ul><li>Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or GenAI-powered developer tools.</li><li>Experience working on Developer Experience (DevEx), Developer Relations (DevRel), or Platform Engineering teams.</li><li>Deep knowledge of DevEx measurement strategies, including SPACE-like survey design and DORA metrics.</li><li>Prior experience building or scaling AI/ML-powered internal products.</li><li>Strong understanding of secure SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, or enterprise software development ecosystems.</li></ul><p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</p><p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html\">BNY Newsroom</a><br><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all\">BNY LinkedIn</a></p><p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p><p>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025<br>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025<br>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p><p>Our Benefits and Rewards:</p><p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and&nbsp;$250,000&nbsp;per&nbsp;year&nbsp;at the commencement of employment.
