This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of conveyor belt systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, travel-oriented environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Install, splice, and repair conveyor belts (rubber, PVC, urethane, etc.)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform mechanical maintenance on conveyor systems and related components</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Diagnose and troubleshoot belt tracking, splicing, and system performance issues</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work safely in industrial environments, including manufacturing plants, quarries, and distribution centers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time spent</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Travel &amp; Schedule Expectations</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Frequent local, regional, and overnight travel depending on job location</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Overtime and weekend work required as needed</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prior experience with conveyor belt installation or industrial maintenance preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mechanical aptitude required; experience with hand and power tools</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to perform heavy physical work (lifting, pulling, climbing, kneeling)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong work ethic and reliability</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Belt splicing (vulcanization or mechanical)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in aggregates, manufacturing, or material handling industries</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Company-provided tools and equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Opportunities for advancement and technical training</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stable, growing company with a strong reputation in the industry</li></ul><p><br></p><p>#LI-DNP</p></div>\n",
