Ensure that the candidate experience is positive<br />•    Screen resumes and select the best qualified applicants for phone interviews<br />•    Conduct initial phone interviews, vetting for requisite skills and competencies<br />•    Present qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Manager and schedule in-person interviews for the hiring team<br /></p>",
