  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>The role includes but is not limited to:</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Planning and executing technical aspects of air testing projects (focus on Stack/Fugitive Emissions Monitoring at industrial facilities)</li><li><!--block-->Writing and reviewing technical reports</li><li><!--block-->Establishing techniques for proper examination of sources under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and methodologies.</li><li><!--block-->Conducting tests to ensure emissions quality or ECA compliance using Iso-kinetic, Paramagnetic, Chemo-luminescence, FTIR, eddy current and other testing methods</li><li><!--block-->Appling testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results</li><li><!--block-->Potentially performing specialized engineering studies to ensure process performance</li><li><!--block-->Training and evaluating junior staff in current testing methodologies</li><li><!--block-->Interacting with clients and project managers to identify project requirements.</li><li><!--block-->Preparing budget estimates for field projects</li><li><!--block-->Ensuring QA/QC are followed by teams</li><li><!--block-->Managing equipment inventory and maintenance</li><li><!--block-->Troubleshooting instrumentation issues in the field both remotely and in person</li><li><!--block-->Preparation, calibration and deployment of source testing equipment</li><li><!--block-->Work in a team environment to complete assigned tasks</li><li><!--block-->Learn and follow standard procedures in stack or source testing/sampling</li><li><!--block-->Equipment, mobile lab cleaning and glassware preparation</li><li><!--block-->Working to strict schedules while maintaining a high level of quality</li></ul>",
