      "content": "\n<li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the cabinetry and solid surface countertops production shop.</li>\n<li>Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.</li>\n<li>Supervise and motivate a team of craftsmen, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.</li>\n<li>Train new employees on production techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.</li>\n<li>Maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies, and coordinate orders as needed by reviewing architectural plans.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments, such as design and sales, to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, and schedule maintenance and repairs as necessary.</li>\n<li>Keep accurate records of production output, employee hours, and material usage.</li>\n<li>Please note this list includes key duties and responsibilities but is not intended to be comprehensive.       "content": "\n<li>Proven experience in cabinetry and solid surface countertops production, with at least <strong>3</strong>years of experience in a managerial role.</li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and equipment.</li>\n<li>CNC programing experience is a plus.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to woodworking and manufacturing environments.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed based on client deadlines.</li>\n<li>Certification in woodworking or related field is a plus.</li>\n"
