    "description": "<p>Mom &amp; Pops is a well-established quick-service grill and convenience store. A longtime local favorite, the store is known for its made-to-order meals, friendly service, and consistent quality.  Mom &amp; Pops upholds a strong commitment to community, reliability, and customer care. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re seeking a hands-on Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, drive performance, and lead a team-oriented, customer-first environment. This is a full-time, working manager position.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee daily operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and manage employee schedules </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Hire, train, and evaluate staff. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and control food, labor, and operating costs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage vendor relationships and inventory, including regular cycle counts. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct performance reviews and provide development plans. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Foster a motivated, accountable, and customer-focused environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform all other duties assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of upper management experience, preferably in food service, convenience stores, or retail operations.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>ServSafe certification (required). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of food safety and store operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work full-time hours and overtime as needed. </li>\n<li>Full availability is required, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid Time Off </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Disclaimer &amp; Approvals:</span> </p>\n<p>The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
