We are a locally run, family-oriented, proudly serving your community, and are looking for talented technicians like you to grow with us!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>*Can Earn An Additional $700 Bi-Weekly With Efficiency Bonuses*</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>*Needs to have or be able to obtain a valid Chauffers license*</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our customers Commercial Tractors and Trailers</li>\n <li>Writing detailed work orders - working Mobile Road Calls and/or In Yard.</li>\n <li>Provide quality customer service</li>\n <li>Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components</li>\n <li>Performing preventative maintenance measures on fleet semi-trucks and trailers</li>\n <li>Maintaining hubs and axles and adjusting or replacing them when required</li>\n <li>Inspecting, servicing, and replacing tractor and trailer parts, including tires</li>\n <li>Checking and repairing the brake, electrical, and hydraulic system</li>\n <li>Testing all systems and equipment for performance issues</li>\n <li>Ensuring that trailers meet the U.S. Department of Transportation's road safety requirements.</li>\n <li>Compiling inspection reports, documenting repairs, and reporting all findings to management.</li>\n <li>Responding as soon as possible to client queries.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of verified experience of Commercial Tractor and Trailer repair experience.</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 100+ pounds.</li>\n <li>Basic Computer Skills to submit repairs for billing.</li>\n <li>Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.</li>\n <li>Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with welding, certification a plus.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent, Technical school degree, a plus.</li>\n <li>Class A CDL.</li>\n <li>Your own tools</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER YOU:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>M-F Schedule with rotating on- call.</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off including holidays.</li>\n <li>Time and a half for any afterhours (OT) work/+$100 bonus. </li>\n <li>401(k) with company match after 90 days of employment.</li>\n <li>Medical and Dental Plans available on day one.</li>\n <li>Vision Plan.</li>\n <li>Disability & Life Insurance.</li>\n <li>Accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity.</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program.</li>\n <li>Family oriented company that believes in a true work/life balance.</li>\n <li>Experienced team you can learn from.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for growth in partner businesses nationwide.</li>\n <li>Company provided uniforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>*Can Earn An Additional $700 Bi-Weekly With Efficiency Bonuses*</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer, and is committed to providing employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, age, color, national origin, ethnicity, creed, religion, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity and expression, marital status, pregnancy, or veteran status.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Brand</strong>Fleet Mobile Maintenance (FMM) service offerings include mobile preventative maintenance and mechanical repair, tire replacement and repair services, and trailer repair and maintenance services.
