With a sharp eye for detail and an appreciation of data the Fraud Operations team leverages large datasets to uncover insights and prevent fraudulent activity at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity to gain amazing experience in a dynamic and growing international technological company.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we need you to do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse and monitor high volumes of transactions in real time to identify and prevent fraudulent activities at all levels – from individual accounts to country wide patterns.</li>\n<li>Develop performance trends to impact strategy by working closely with the wider Fraud team.</li>\n<li>Analyse and develop insights from large datasets of customer behaviour and transaction history.</li>\n<li>Respond to internal alerts and communication.</li>\n<li>Be up to date on current fraud and action quickly to prevent fraudulent activity occurring.</li>\n<li>Develop a strong technical understanding of the best practices in the prevention of fraudulent activity.</li>\n<li>To work effectively with the other members of the fraud team to deliver results.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">are looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent degree/experience.</li>\n<li>Fluent in written and spoken English.</li>\n<li>Expert knowledge and experience in MS Excel.</li>\n<li>Experience in using or knowledge of data visualisation software – Power BI, Looker, etc.</li>\n<li>Experience of communicating effectively across an organisation.</li>\n<li>Prior analytical experience that delivered actionable insights and change.</li>\n<li>Being decisive and be able to work under minimal supervision when necessary.</li>\n<li>To be able to work under pressure and multitask effectively.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ding is committed to creating equal employment opportunities in the workplace.
