EBAC strives to reduce barriers that contribute to disparities in wellness for socio-economically disadvantaged and racially marginalized families and to create communities where all children and families have support systems to reach their full potential.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">EBAC was established in 1952 when a group of parents of children with&nbsp;autism wanted to give their children the same educational and recreational opportunities that contribute to the physical well-being and social growth of all children. QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCY FACTORS</span></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Required Credentials &amp; Experience</strong></span></p><ol><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Licensure: Active LCSW license, meeting all Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) criteria to act as a Clinical Supervisor in a mental health discipline (<strong>must include a minimum of two years post-licensure experience</strong>). Must have fully completed all BBS supervisor training requirements and be able to provide completion certificates at the time of hire/first day of work.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Clinical Supervision: Demonstrated experience supervising pre-licensed interns or associates, specifically those providing child and family therapy within a community mental health setting.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Quality Assurance: Proven experience in clinical chart auditing, Quality Assurance (QA) monitoring, and ensuring compliance with behavioral health standards.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to efficiently navigate Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms and web-based systems to review clinical documentation, track work performance, and manage records.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Communication &amp; Leadership: Exceptional supervisory, administrative, and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for clear written and verbal communication.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Mobility: Valid driver&rsquo;s license, active auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle for travel as needed.</li></ol><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Management Experience: Prior personnel management and team leadership experience is highly preferred but not required.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">C. RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong></span></p><ol><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provides trauma-informed clinical and administrative supervision to pre-licensed interns, registered associates, and licensed clinicians.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provides individual and/or group supervision to clinical staff both in-person and/or virtually as needed.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Co-creates professional development goals with employees and completes periodic employee evaluations for continued professional development and accountability.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Supports staff in meeting program service delivery and caseload expectations, providing supervisees with ongoing feedback to monitor progress.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Gives input on the training needs of clinicians and provides training when needed.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Participates in the hiring and onboarding processes of new staff.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Monitors supervisees&rsquo; work schedules and informs the Program Director of any issues, absences, and vacations.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provides crisis consultation and direct crisis intervention services as needed, particularly in support of line staff.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintains relations with school site principals and personnel, supports clinical staff in their relationships at the school sites, and ensures school referral systems are set up for success.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Acts as a liaison between the organization, local schools, families, and community partners.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Supports staff with Coordination of Services Team (COST) and District-led meetings, participating as needed.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Participates in the agency utilization review process and upholds Alameda County Behavioral Health EPSDT standards and EBAC-stated best practices.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Attends EBAC meetings and trainings as needed.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provides direct services and holds case load based on program needs/as needed</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">WORKING CONDITIONS and JOB SETTING</span></strong></span></p><ol><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Work is in varied school locations in Alameda County.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Routine driving required.
