Looking to build your career in an exciting industry and a fast growing  organization?</p>\n<p>Come see why so many of our team members recommend us to their friends!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pest Control - \n<ul>\n<li>Chemically treating and/or repairing structural damage on a variety of commercial and residential structures.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining contact with homeowners, homebuyers, their agents, company inspectors and others regarding work to be accomplished.</li>\n<li>Ensuring that jobs are done legally, professionally, and within specifications.</li>\n<li>Receiving and accounting for company funds.<br></li>\n<li>Read and understand label instructions regarding treatment procedures.</li>\n<li><span>Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest activity.</span></li>\n<li><span>Select and build a solution of products and services to remedy pest presence. </span></li>\n<li><span>Perform pest treatments and install products to create a pest-free environment. </span></li>\n<li><span>Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Experience – Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. Listen to customer needs and offer solutions to pest issues and recommend appropriate services to resolve customer concerns. Identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that will provide value to the customer.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuous Learning – Become knowledgeable in the array of available CalPro Inspection Group products and services through provided, paid training. Stay current on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry. Participate in employer-provided training on new methods, products, and services in the CalPro Inspection Group range of pest control solutions. Obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations funded by CalPro Inspection Group.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Position Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully meet pre-employment background screen </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a valid driver’s license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed</li>\n<li>Have a minimum of Branch 2 Applicator</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Education &amp; Experience</p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer-facing experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Other Skills, Attributes, and Abilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in the area of pest control</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable with self-directed working conditions after a training period</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Benefits</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent pay based on your work efforts</li>\n<li>Medical, and Dental</li>\n<li>Simple IRA program with Company match</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Opportunities for advancement</li>\n<li>Family friendly atmosphere <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>    </p>",
