experience working in a school setting is preferred.</li><li>Experience providing credential-based supervision to individuals working toward national certification in behavior analysis (i.e., BCaBA, BCBA).</li><li>Expertise in the field and knowledge of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), experience working in a school setting is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is preferred.</li><li>Experience in teaching or providing behavioral and academic support to multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with Autism, Developmental Disability (DD), Intellectual disability (ID) and/or Emotional Disability (ED).</li><li>Training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), classroom management strategies, individual behavior intervention plan development, data collection methods, and positive behavior support strategies required.</li><li>Valid Virginia Drivers&rsquo; License and proof of insurance.</li><li>Satisfactory Driving Record in accordance with agency standards.</li><li>Ability to maintain records, prepare reports and complete required paperwork according to agency requirements on a timely basis.</li><li>Basic computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to observe health and safety regulations.</li><li>Ability to assist with crisis de-escalation techniques, including physical management, and to obtain certification in First Aid, CPR, and Safety Care.</li><li id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Work schedule</strong><strong>&nbsp;- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p><p>Essential Functions:  <u>May be required to perform any of the following duties: </u></p><ul><li><p>Provide credential-based supervision to individuals seeking national certification in behavior analysis (i.e., BCaBA, BCBA.)</p></li><li><p>Coach, monitor, and provide performance feedback to Behavior Specialists on:</p><ul><li><p>Assessing the classroom environment and student behavior.</p></li><li><p>Identifying and implementing environmental modifications and behavior intervention strategies to promote desired behaviors.</p></li><li><p>Completing functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and writing behavior intervention plans and protocols.</p></li><li><p>Training staff to implement behavior intervention plans and protocols and providing follow-up monitoring to ensure fidelity of implementation.</p></li><li><p>Completing behavior intervention plan reviews/updates.</p></li><li><p>Presenting assessment results, proposed behavior intervention plans, and behavior intervention plan reviews/updates to IEP teams.</p></li><li><p>Coaching staff to implement evidence-based behavior analytic strategies and behavior protocols and to collect accurate data.</p></li><li><p>Implementing competency-based staff training system.</p></li><li><p>Creating and delivering trainings, in-services, and workshops.</p></li><li><p>Provide behavior analytic services to contracted providers (e.g., student/classroom consultations; FBAs; and/or BIP development, training, and monitoring.)</p></li></ul></li><li>Provide consultation and training pertaining to the use of behavior analytic strategies through in-services, workshops, technical assistance, and coaching.</li><li>Oversee classroom coaches and implementation of competency-based staff training.</li><li>Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as needed.</li><li>Train staff on implementation of BIPs and provide follow up monitoring to ensure fidelity of implementation.</li><li>Review incident reports as requested.</li><li>Assist teachers in conducting skill assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and selecting IEP goals based on assessment results.</li><li>Collaborate with teachers to select evidence-based teaching strategies for IEP goals and other skills targeted for acquisition and to develop appropriate teaching materials.</li><li>Review and provide feedback on skill acquisition plans for IEP goals and other skills targeted for acquisition.</li><li>Assist teachers in developing data collection systems and in collecting, graphing, analyzing data.</li><li>Attend regularly scheduled classroom meetings to discuss student programming and review data.</li><li>Review student IEP progress monitoring forms and behavior data summaries for accuracy as requested.</li><li>Participate in IEP meetings as requested.</li><li>Provide credential-based assessment and supervision (i.e., RBT.)</li><li>Participate in planning meetings to assess needs, set short- and long-term goals, identify barriers to implementation, and assess progress.</li><li>Assist with the implementation of school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions &amp;
