This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership role ideal for a professional with deep expertise in Industrial Hygiene, combined with a strong track record in client development, strategic growth, and market expansion.</p><p>The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth and profitability of our Industrial Hygiene &amp; the Build Environment practice across the region - delivering high-quality technical solutions, cultivating client relationships, and building a high-performing team to support long-term success.</p><p><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry network and market insight.</li><li>Collaborate with executive leadership to shape service offerings, go-to-market strategies, and regional positioning.</li></ul><p><strong>Client Development &amp; Commercial Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across sectors including real estate, insurance, legal, construction, industry, and public agencies.</li><li>Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations to secure high-value projects.</li><li>Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Technical Oversight &amp; Delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Oversight &amp; Delivery</strong></p><p>Oversee and contribute to a wide range of EH&amp;S projects, including:</p><ul><li>Industrial Hygiene assessments (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and indoor air quality).</li><li>Environmental investigations and property assessments.</li><li>Exposure assessments, risk characterization, and mitigation planning.</li><li>Ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across all project phases.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex environmental and health &amp; safety initiatives.</li><li>Develop and implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols to maintain high technical standards.</li><li>Provide strategic guidance on emerging EH&amp;S trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.</li><li>Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to define project goals, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and drive operational efficiency.</li></ul>",
