We do this through strategic and complimentary areas of focus: Asset Optimization and Commercialization, Value, Access, and Outcomes, Medical Strategy and Communications, and Real-World Evidence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Lumanity Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO) team wishes to hire a <strong>Quantitative Research Analyst</strong> in this US-based hybrid role, to support Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) projects by producing high-quality, reporting-ready deliverables in close partnership with psychometricians and statisticians. </p>\n<p>You’ll focus on disciplined data intake coordination (as applicable), non-interventional data cleaning and QC, documentation/traceability, and polished tables/figures for senior review.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility for QC leadership, standardization, and workflow improvements that increase speed and consistency.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Scope note:</strong> This role does <strong>not</strong> own statistical analysis strategy or interpretive conclusions and does <strong>not</strong> conduct clinical trial data analyses. For interventional trial projects, you will <strong>not</strong> handle raw trial data.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities / Position overview</h2>\n<p><strong> What you’ll do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Standardize workflows:</strong> Maintain consistent file structures, naming conventions, templates, and intake/QC checklists to reduce rework and improve traceability.</li>\n <li><strong>Clean and QC non-interventional data:</strong> Prepare observational/registry/natural history/survey datasets by identifying data issues, resolving formatting problems per specs, and escalating anomalies to senior team members.</li>\n <li><strong>Maintain documentation:</strong> Create auditable records of data checks, changes, decisions, and versioning aligned to internal standards/SOPs.</li>\n <li><strong>Support survey studies:</strong> Coordinate exports and data intake (as applicable), organize metadata (codebooks/labels), and ensure data provenance is documented.</li>\n <li><strong>Build client-ready outputs:</strong> Prepare reporting-ready tables, figures, and exhibits aligned to approved shells/specs, including formatting, labeling, and cross-references.</li>\n <li><strong>QC code and deliverables:</strong> Review R scripts/outputs for reproducibility and spec alignment; QC draft deliverables for completeness/consistency before senior scientific review.</li>\n <li><strong>Contribute to clear communication:</strong> Support visualizations and drafting of methods/process and data handling text under senior guidance (no independent interpretation).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>What you bring</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or health-related discipline (Master’s a plus).</li>\n <li><strong>Relevant delivery experience:</strong> Experience supporting COA or outcomes research deliverables in consulting/CRO/academic/industry settings, working alongside psychometricians/statisticians.</li>\n <li><strong>Non-interventional data readiness:</strong> Hands-on experience cleaning, standardizing, and QC-checking non-interventional datasets, with strong documentation and an audit-trail mindset.</li>\n <li><strong>R proficiency (delivery-focused):</strong> Able to run/maintain existing scripts, generate standardized outputs, and perform basic code/output QC (reproducibility, input/output traceability).</li>\n <li><strong>Reporting polish:</strong> Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, client-ready tables/figures with strong formatting, labeling, referencing, and version control.</li>\n <li><strong>Quality and communication:</strong> Detail-oriented, deadline-reliable, clear communicator who escalates issues appropriately and collaborates well across teams.</li>\n <li><strong>Confidentiality:</strong> Comfortable handling sensitive information in line with data protection expectations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Core competencies we value</h3>\n<p>Problem solving, team building, communication, time management, attention to detail, accountability, reliability, adaptability, proactivity, and confidentiality—aligned to Lumanity values and policies.</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>We offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package that focuses on what matters to you – health and well-being, personal finances, professional development, and a healthy work/life balance:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary plus bonus scheme</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options</li>\n <li>401(k) plan with employer match</li>\n <li>Generous amount of paid time off annually + 10 paid holidays</li>\n <li>Flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Paid short-term and long-term disability coverage and more</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>-----------------------------------------------------------------------------</h2>\n<p><em>This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of this position and it is not intended to be an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities or working conditions associated with the position.</em></p>",
