    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Overview</span></p>\n<p><span>This position completes various finished paint tasks by using appropriate methods and tools to achieve a professional finish on all types of surfaces. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scrape, sand and fill surfaces in preparation for painting and finishing.<br></li>\n<li>Operates paint spraying equipment for application of all paints and coatings.<br></li>\n<li>Complete painting projects using appropriate brushes, rollers and spray apparatus.<br></li>\n<li>Performs routine maintenance functions and ensures all equipment are kept clean.<br></li>\n<li>Practices good physical work methods, utilizes good work habits, and meets established production standards.<br></li>\n<li>Uses standard methods, practices, supplies, tools, and equipment to complete tasks.<br></li>\n<li>Wears proper personal protective equipment and works in a safe work environment at all times.<br></li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned or requested when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>One year of varied experience as a journey level painter.<br></li>\n<li>Good judgement and professionalism.<br></li>\n<li>Detail oriented.<br></li>\n<li>Possess a California driver’s license.<br></li>\n<li>Works in a team environment and individually</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risk that require following basic safety precautions.<br></li>\n<li>Expose to dust, dirt, fumes, chemicals, and unpleasant odors.<br></li>\n<li>Moves objects at up to 50 pounds.</li>\n<li>Works involves standing for extended periods of time.</li>\n<li>Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.</li>\n</ul>",
