We are looking for a motivated Tele sales Representative to join our growing sales team. You will connect with prospective customers by phone, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into sales — all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services</li>\n<li>Handle inbound sales enquiries and guide customers through the buying process</li>\n<li>Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and engaging communication</li>\n<li>Accurately capture and update customer information in the CRM system</li>\n<li>Follow up on leads, quotes, and pipeline opportunities in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and refine pitching strategies</li>\n<li>Handle objections confidently and professionally to close sales</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, engaging phone manner</li>\n<li>Strong ability to listen, identify customer needs, and tailor your pitch accordingly</li>\n<li>Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-volume call environment</li>\n<li>Good computer literacy and experience using a CRM system (advantageous)</li>\n<li>Matric certificate required; a relevant sales or marketing qualification is a plus</li>\n<li>Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you are ready to be part of a team that keeps critical healthcare services running around the clock, we want to hear from you.</p>",
