Guides are responsible for leading safe and enjoyable catch-and-release fishing excursions, instructing guests on fishing techniques, maintaining equipment, and assisting with general camp duties. This is a camp-based position, and Guides live and work at the lodge during scheduled rotations. Meals and accommodation are provided while on shift. Candidates should have strong outdoor skills, excellent customer service, and relevant certifications including First Aid/CPR and a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.",
