Joining our team as a Guest Services Team Member, you will have the opportunity to meet people from all over and gain skills that will last a lifetime!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working at Kings Dominion, you will have access to these amazing perks:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>PAID training!</li>\n <li>FREE admission to Kings Dominion and other Six Flags parks!</li>\n <li>FREE tickets for family and friends!</li>\n <li>Discounts off food and merchandise!</li>\n <li>Work with people from all over the world</li>\n <li>Team member-only events such as RIDE nights, GAME nights, and FREE FOOD events!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a Guest Services Team Member you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Handle various ticket transactions including but not limited to, advanced sales, group sales, complimentary tickets, season passes, promotional tickets, and ticket problem resolution.</li>\n <li>Handle all guest concerns including but not limited to, park information, compliments, and complaints received via phone, email, or in person.</li>\n <li>Utilize multiple strategies in order to obtain the result and provide the best Guest Recovery to the guest.</li>\n <li>Able to work with computer programs for various Six Flags programs and applications. Must be able to multi-task between multiple programs in order to resolve the task at hand.</li>\n <li>Answer guest questions and give proper guidance when necessary.</li>\n <li>Offer appropriate compensation based on the guest's concern.</li>\n <li>Promote the park with the utmost enthusiasm and pride while interacting with guests.</li>\n <li>Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during their visit at Six Flags while setting high standards of performance for all areas.</li>\n <li>Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standard requirements are met.</li>\n <li>Develop a positive relationship with all in-park departments.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>YOU!</li>\n <li>Individuals with a passion and excitment about Kings Dominion!</li>\n <li>People who love helping others and will spport the needs of our guests and team members.</li>\n <li>bility to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.</li>\n <li>Good judgment and commitment to safety.</li>\n <li>Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>",
